2012: What's in Store for the Wild Writers?

With the holidays rapidly approaching, I've been wondering what surprises the Wild Writers have in store for us next year. I've got several Callie Croix releases coming out over the next few months, and one Kaylea release in April (um, gotta get my butt in gear and get the next military book done!). What about the rest of you?

Tell us what forthcoming releases we can expect, and I know a couple of you have books coming out with big NY publishers, which is really exciting to those of us that dream of accomplishing that someday.

In 2012 I've decided I have to be more accountable for my writing. When things get hard in a WIP, I've been really struggling to get through and finish. Something's gotta give, man! 2012's my year.

Please share your writing resolutions and releases for the New Year. It's going to be a great one.

Looking on the bright side, this means they haven't rejected me yet. ;-)

Exactly! And, ahem, you have a kick-ass agent who will get you that NY deal someday soon. I dream of finding an agent that wants me... *sob*

Jenna has two releases in January. No Limits, from Kensington is due out on January 1 and the B Cubed Book 2: Bred later that month. I'll be spending most of the new year writing for both pen names.

Oh, some Callie Croix releases - novellas or full novels???? Can't wait to hear.

I've been in my hermit cave of late getting Bk#3 done in Light Blade series and juggling revisions for Bk#2 (sent them off last week - woohoo!).

New Years Resolutions? Hmm, how about not stressing out come my debut release date?

Feb.7th VENGEANCE BORN, my fantasy romance comes out with Berkley - it's been a 17 year goal in the making, so there will be tears and much excitement.

Writing resolution? To sign a new contract. :-) Return to finishing a SFR book I started just prior to getting the CALL. To find a harmonious balance between work and writing! (or at least a better one than I established this year). LOL

Way to go, Jenn! How exciting, celebrating such a major milestone in your career.

We'll be release buddies (um, though yours is much more major than mine!) since I have a release on January 2nd. I'll raise a glass to you in joint celebration :)

Kylie, MAJOR congratulations on your book with Berkley! And on your other forthcoming releases. Wow, you guys are all putting me to shame!

All my Callie stories are novella length so far, but if I ever get through this next military RS, I've got plans for longer books for Callie.

Dillon's Claim (sequel to Deacon's Touch) comes out Dec 16th, and Touch Me comes out Jan 2nd. I've also got a full length paranormal romance under my Kaylea persona that comes out in April, then another Callie story (Let Me In, sequel to No Holds Barred) is out in May.

Nothing new contracted after that, so I've got to get my butt in gear!
